I wholeheartedly give Allbritten five stars for many reasons. The most important reason is the quality of the technician that came out (Ernesto M.) - a true professional. He was very personable as I stayed with him for the 2 to 3 hours he was here to service two air conditioners. He explained every test he did and showed me why something (like a capacitor) might be ready to expire. He was never pushy and left it up to me to decide what to do and whether to spend the money to do it. I think Allbritten is a great service-based company that understands what the word service means. I also felt that their prices were honest and reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to use them in the future. I don't think that there is another company in Fresno that can top them. ~ Pat C

We have been members with Allbritten for ~ 3 years now and are extremely satisfied with their services! All interactions via telephone and in-person have been prompt and professional. We recently had a new AC unit installed, along with new duct work and ventilation fans. The team worked quickly and did a great job trying to minimize dust/debris within the house during installation. Pricing for services is reasonable and the available financing options are great. After the new AC installation, we had some difficulty with balancing temperatures in the house, however Allbritten came back out as a courtesy and made additional adjustments to the dampers and now everything is perfectly balanced! Very happy with their work and would highly recommend to others! ~ Kailee a

I've used Allbritten a few times now for my AC maintenance over the past few years and the service and Technicians have always been great in my experience. And this time someone from the office even called me in the morning to say that a morning appt just opened up and was willing to move my late afternoon appt to the morning. Which was better for me and the Tech in this heat. Got a text with a picture of the Tech who was coming, and a time-frame. He showed up shortly after that, introduced himself and then got started. Came down to show me pics of what he found and options on how we could proceed. Chose what I wanted done and he went back to work. When he was done he let me know and emailed me an invoice with all the pics he took of the job. Will definitely use them again. ~ Anterious W

Austin and Jose drove all the way from Fresno up the mountain to help me with my HVAC system. I got scammed by another company that half installed my Fujitsu mini splits and then took my money and ran. Austin and Jose came from Allbritten and fixed everything, even double checking the electrical wiring from the original job, which was done dangerously incorrectly and not to code. They did a beautiful job fixing everything, enclosing all the duct work and took time to stay and double and triple check that both the A/C and heating components of the Fujitsu mini splits worked properly. Thank you so much to Austin and Jose and the managers at Allbritten who made a special exception to help me out and fix and finish the original installation job. ~ Elisa B

I had AllBritten here to assess and advise about my faucet that seemed to be getting clogged with sand. He gave me quite a few solutions, and reasons behind the problem. He was very respectful, friendly, spoke clearly, and answered every single question I had. I didn’t feel rushed to hurry. I will ask for him again when/if I need them again. Thank you Devon! I had Another Allbritten employee come out to assess my HVAC system and possibly service it. It is too old, and it is really old. He was helpful, very polite, answers all my questions and gave me some insight to how a new system would save me about 47% on my bills! That’s good news! First off, I called on a Thursday afternoon and was scheduled for a Friday morning. I wasn’t expecting such quick scheduling but appreciated it. Adam arrived on time, listened to my concerns, and went right to work trying to diagnose the problem. I had a strange smell that seemed to come from underneath my kitchen sink and return vents. Adam discussed some potential causes and explained next steps. He answered my questions in layman's terms. Not only did he find the cause, he and his supervisor offered a DIY short term solution until I can afford the long term solution which had more to do with landscaping to protect the foundation of my home. I wholeheartedly trust Allbritten and appreciate the professional, technical experts they employ. ~ Selina D

Koi and his team installed my whole house fan today and it was seamless. Very professional and honest. I’ve done my homework and trust is hard to come by. Since buying this home less than four weeks ago, I’ve had two great experiences with Allbritten and trust was part of both. Sal was the other technician that came out for the other issue. My AC unit was making a rattling sound. As Sal was checking it out I went inside. It was just a loose bolt. Assuming most companies these days he had a great opportunity to fleece me but honesty won out. You get what you pay for and cheapest isn’t always best. But honesty is priceless. I’d rather deal with an honest company that is priced in the middle, especially when it comes to cutting holes in your ceiling! Thanks y’all, appreciate ya. ~ Erick B

I am slow getting this review posted but Henry found the problem with help from the supervisor. Our cooler is working really well. Thank you, Henry. Today is 8/14/2024 and Zack came out to check our water cooler to determine if there were any leaks going on. All was A-OK. I give 5 ***** for Zack doing a check and leaving my mother and I reassured all is working well. Thank you, Zack. 😀 Devan came on 8/24/2024 to make an adjustment to be up to code for sale. He was given an entirely different work order...he contacted his super and the matter was resolved. Devan was considerate, professional, and understanding of the importance of this issue and it was covered under warranty. Steve and the crew members that did the work on my house,were absolutely incredible. They definitely have claimed rights to me as a client for life....... I will consequently be having three or four other projects up coming shortly that will definitely be done by allbritten! I was amazed by the effort that was displayed by them to ensure that all sides of customer service were of the upmost importance. Not only was there work quick clean and efficient but I felt very up to date on EVERYRHING as it was occurring. Almost felt as though I was part of the crew. Jonathan explained everything in detail and answered any and all questions regarding the work going to take place. Great job. Thank you Received another text asking for my comments on the actual install. Izaiah and his team did an excellent job of installing the Flo Smart Water Monitor & Shutoff value. He took the time to explain how it worked and what I had to do get started. Izaiah also took the time to show me how the system worked. His team cleaned up and left everything as it was when they arrived. I’ve attached before and after pics of the work and one of the workers Nicholas. Had Jake with Albrittion out today for an estimate. Explained all the quotes in detail and checked all the outlets in the house. Both Alexander and Ramsey are terrific workers! Loved their cooperative spirit and attitude! Before getting started, they explained the order in which the work would be performed. They then proceeded to work on the following items: fixing a leak under the kitchen sink, installing two bathroom faucets, installing a new toilet, and finally flushing out our tankless water heater. Unlike some contractors we have had in the past, Alexander and Ramsey worked the entire time, while being friendly and allowing us to check on what they were up to and explaining their process. They always wore their booties in the house, and when they got ready to leave, they vacuumed and left each area in pristine condition. We would definitely want them back in the future! ~ shankpeggy

Today, Allbritten provided tankless water heater maintenance on my Rinnai unit that is about 8 years old. Technician Joshua Neisler provided outstanding service! Joshua did my annual plumbing inspection a month or so ago, and helped me identify several areas of my home that needed attention. He prioritized the items needing service, and explained to me in plain, understandable terms why the service/repair/maintenance was needed. He was professional, courteous, and friendly during the inspection and he was the same today. I am so glad that I chose membership with Allbritten to care for my home. They have provided exceptional, timely service at a fair price. I have new peace of mind now that Allbritten has helped get my home back in great shape! ~ Sean K

Salvador Bribiesca is an exceptionally outstanding technican with an excellent customer service attitude and brilliant knowledge. From the moment he greeted me at the front door until the moment he left, Salvador exhibited the utmost professionalism, care, along with sincerity. He clearly explained the scope of the work he would be performing, performed the inspection carefully, and left very helpful information with us regarding the air filter replacement cycles, the benefits of joining the Allbritten Club, and overall condition of our HVAC system. We will be asking for Salvador as our HVAC technician going forward. Allbritten is blessed to have Salvador as a outstanding brilliant and kind team representing their organization. I was so pleased with William and his crew from Allbritten. They were about the best crew I’ve ever experienced. From the start to the finish they kept me abreast of what they were doing and what to expect. They cleaned up after themselves every day. I would highly recommend Allbritten to do work for you. Salvador was the boss and checked with the crew and me daily. Great service. Alfonso did a great job installing my new water heater this last Monday. He was very professional and explained everything perfectly. It was a pleasure using Allbritten once again. Today I had Logan and his partner service my heating unit. Had an emergency leak on a Friday night. After searching through multiple companies that would be able to come out on a weekend I tried out Allbritten, Rosetta is who helped me over the phone and she was very helpful and pleasant, she scheduled me an appointment for that day and within a few hours the technician Pool Yang arrived, he was very near and thorough and explained everything in detail. The office called me within a few hours and scheduled me an appointment with the plumber for Sunday which was great! Nick Kalina came out, advised me of repairs needed and fixed everything in a timely manner so that I could get my ac back up and running. I’m so grateful to them for their prompt service and they will definitely be my new HVAC and Plumbing favorites. I highly recommend this company to others. Very very pleased 😀 ~ Desiree I

We have used Allbritten many times in the past and have always been pleased with their professionalism and the service provided. Over the weekend, I had a sewage backup into my shower. I called today (Monday) and was surprised that they could come out within a couple hours of calling. The technician, Kyle, came within the timeframe quoted and was quick to diagnose that it was possibly roots in my main sewer line. He got a camera out to see the full extent of the damage, and quoted a repair that included replacing the pipe. While I didn't go through with that replacement today, I will say that the quote was way lower than I was expecting it to be and I trust that the price they quote is the price they are going to charge. This company cares about their reputation and everyone that works for them seems to genuinely care as well. ~ AJ G

I remember at all very well looking back was the summer I turned 18 we lived in a one room run down shock on the outskirts of New Orleans we didn’t have money for food or rent to say the least we were hard pressed and mama spend every penny we had on a window air conditioning unit. It was red velvet trim and it cooled so good and standing back from the mirror still a window AC unit we are closed window once stood. My mama took a breath, and said your paws runoff your mom’s real sick and the babies gonna start for death. If we don’t get our other AC unit fixed Albright showed up within 45 minutes and they had our new AC unit installed and working and they didn’t even charge an after hours fee. Albright save my life. We called on Wednesday scheduled an appointment for preventative maintenance on our heater. They were able to get someone over the next day. The service technician called us a couple hours later to let us know there was an opening that same day if we wanted to change the day, which we agreed. Two technicians, Josh and Collin came to the house within a couple of hours, calling 30 minutes ahead of time to let us know they were on their way. They were both very cordial, respectful and very thorough. They told us everything looked good and suggested a UV air purifier for the house. We have always had great interactions with every technician and customer service person at Allbritten Plumbing and Heating. We highly recommend them. ~ Angela A

I cannot say enough about Allbritten!!!. I am so impressed with this company. They have saved me a ton of money, were VERY professional, timely, polite and did a fantastic job of "Cleaning up" after another company. I had to have all new duct work put in my home and new vents installed. The gentleman who came out (Matt) was very educated and took his time to explain everything to me that would be done, and for 1/2 the price of the other company! The guys they sent out were amazing. (Steven and his crew) worked hard and kept me informed every step of the way. I would rate Allbritten a 10 out of 10. If you are having any work done, I would definitely recommend you call them. Parker, Rudy, and Luis arrived on time. They did a fantastic job installing my new heat pump. They were all very kind and helpful. They put in some very difficult work in the heat in my attic and I appreciate how efficiently they worked. They were great about explaining what they were doing and how my system worked. They took time for my questions and were very gracious in putting up with me when I added a bit more work. I am very happy with the installation, and grateful I'll have it when it hits 115 degrees this weekend. All of my interactions with Allbritten staff from the initial service call to evaluate my tired old system, to the comfort advisor, to the amazing install crew were great. ~ Ryan H

Zach Johnson was our Allbritten professional today. Our hot water went out and luckily he was working late and came to help. I was thankful that he slipped covers on his shoes with our little ones crawling around the floors. He checked our water heater, gave us options, and then at 7:00 pm offered to help if there was anything else we needed since he was there. It was kind of him to ask because we actually did have a loose bathtub knob that we needed help with. It slipped our minds to ask. Although Zach couldn’t get us hot water for the kids’ bath time, he did tell us he would get us estimates by Monday. The email of estimates came minutes after he left our porch! Our hot water heater went out the Saturday night of Labor Day weekend. I called Allbitten's 24/7 emergency number and left a message. They called back on Labor Day and made an appointment for the next day. The techs arrrived right on time. They diagnosed the problem as faulty gas valve. Gave me two estimates. one to repair the valve assembly or replace the water heater. The water heater was 12 years old and it would cost haff as much as to repair he valve. I chose to replace the water heater. In 2 1/2 hours the heater the job was complete! The techs were very friendly, professional and efficient. This type of service is why we have been Allbritten customers for all our HVAC and water jobs for many years ~ Chuck R

Called Allbritton because our thermostat was not working and it was very hot in the house. They sent out a technician by the afternoon. He was very professional and explained everything to us Got on the roof to double check the equipment. We had just had the quarterly service and he said everything looked good. Our system is very old, but he said it needs to be upgraded to a newer more efficient model. Of course we know that, he suggested we call when we are ready to move forward on a new HVAC system. He didn’t pressure us or try to sell us. When we are in a place to upgrade, we will definitell call Allbritton Wouldnt trust anyone to work on or install our HVAC system. We were having problems with the bypass valve that was installed last year in one of our bathrooms, so Josh came out to evaluate the problem we were having. He determined that the wrong bypass valve had been installed last year & made it right by installing the correct valve not only in the bathroom with the problem, but also the bypass valve in our other bathroom. His skills as a plumber and his customer service skills are top notch. We only wish everyone in the service industry would be as nice and accommodating as he is. Just goes to show that there are still some good and honest people in this world, thank God! We would highly recommend his services to anyone needing plumbing work done.
